Conch Salad right out of the ocean made on the boat in the Bahamas. In the USA folks would be probably deal with this because he isn't using gloves and rinse everything with water from the sea. Well bon appetit for the guy that order this and I hope that he didn't need Pepto LoL!!!

Three Bean Beer Soaked Lamb Chili

Navy, Black and Kidney beans.

Soak with beer over night. Then adapt 

to your favorite chili recipe using ground lamb.

Added more fresh  chopped tomato, garlic and

onions when it's almost done.

Served in a bread bowl.

Maaaaaaaan let me tell ya.....don't come in counting carbs and calories! And they have fresh ground coffee beans for coffee so good and unlike any coffee chain like ones that charge 4 bucks per cup! Not only is this place a bakery but an exquisite restaurant also with different twist on eggs benedict and awesome french toast just to name a few of the items.
